Known Interface Error Issues
ERROR 1004 PROBLEM: When using a user form to link to other sheets, an error 1004 occurs.
Problem Description: The VBA linking mechanism fails. This is caused by worksheet tab names including something other than letters, numbers, and underscores as required by VBA for Excel.
Fix for all versions of Excel
1. Rename your sheet tabnames using the Main User Interface. Ensure that you have only letters, numbers and underscores ("_") in the tab name. Use "p" for decimal points and "Pct" in place of using a "%" sign.
2. Once all tabnames have been corrected, retry the form that was not working. It should now work.

Known Analysis Workbook Error Issues
RESOURCES ERROR PROBLEM: When re-opening an Uncertainty Toolbox analysis workbook the user get "Not enough System Resources" error.
Problem Description: This is a known problem with Excel when two pages are linked together and both pages are "zoomed" above 100% with one of these pages being the active page upon opening the workbook.
Fix for all versions of Excel
1. Resize the "_Summary" sheet in your analysis to 100%. Ensure that you save the file with this sheet as the active sheet. Save and close.
2. Re-open workbook, error should not appear.
If problem persists call 1-810-225-8588 for assistance.
ANALYSIS WORKSHEET BUTTONS NOT WORKING PROBLEM: When reopening an analysis made with an older version, some of the button are not working.
Problem Description: Templates are designed to work with the current version, analyses made with older templates may not work. While these older version are OK, if you want to have full editing functions, you will need to update the workbook as follows:
Fix for all versions of Excel
1. Open the "Main User Interface", and go to the "Create/Edit Analyses" tab. At the bottom you will see a green "Copy Workbook to NEW Templates". NOTE: If the interface asks to update tabnames, select "Yes". Then click in the "CopyWorkbook to NEW Templates". Follow the onscreen instructions. This will take all your entries and data and relocate it into new templates. You will have both workbooks when completed. Save new workbook to new location or close old workbook first and save new workbook in place of the old.
2. This is a new feature and it may still have some issues with the numerous template versions our users may be using. If you have any problems with updating older analyses, please forward a copy of the old analysis to Quametec at info@quametec.com, or call 1-810-225-8588 for assistance.
