A computer with Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6 or newer, Windows Media Player® 9 or newer, Microsoft® Excel® 2000 or newer and a DVD-ROM drive. The program does NOT require anything to be installed on the users computer other than the Microsoft products previously mentioned.
